Description

K Sabatier Jeune 'New Old Stock' 11" Slicer Nogent Carbon Steel Book Blade Style Sheepsfoot NEW VIN082 Blade Style Sheepsfoot Spine and heel of knife could stand some further smoothing as they are a little rough but otherwise these are a great value for the price these knives were forgotten in storage until recently and it should be noted as well that the wood is a bit dry from all the years in storage and the root based dye on the beech wood handles can come off on hands for the first several uses
